Niraj K. Balasaria
CEO
Niraj has a B. S. in Information Technology from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and founded Petron Pacific, Inc. in 1996. He has been a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization, Washington DC, Capital Chapter since 2006 and has received many awards for his business and personal achievements.
According to several of his strategic business partners, he has very high standards relating to himself, business, and his determination to be successful. He always demonstrates perseverance in the face of adversity and always takes a positive and creative approach to overcoming obstacles. He is a visionary, an independent thinker, and always open to reasonable business risk undertakings. He is firmly committed to being the preferred distributor through product and service excellent. And he believes that employees and customers are the company’s most important assets.
John (Jack) M. Lynch
Director Jack has a MBA from University of Wisconsin and a B.S. Finance and Economics from University of Illinois . He also attended DePaul University Law School.His professional background includes a successful banking and finance career in Chicago , Milwaukee , and Washington , D.C. As former Co-Owner of Liberty Controls, Inc., Shorewood , IL for many years, he also developed manufacturing experience.
He has been affiliated with Petron for several years and works closely with Neil Balasaria in the areas of finance and administration, mergers and acquisitions, and management recruitment and development.
Felicia Ketterman
Controller As Controller, Felicia manages our overall accounting systems and staff,
working closely with our President and our CFO. She is responsible for
overall A/R, A/P and credit and cash management, including daily bank
accounts, loan transactions and capital resources. Her additional duties
involve assisting with the development and implementation of effective
financial strategies. She has a B.S. Degree in Accounting from Lord
Fairfax College in Middletown, VA.
Chuck Guthrie
Business Development Manager – Construction Products Division Chuck joined Petron in June 2004 and has over 20 years experience in the Construction industry. He is responsible for developing and working on new products and working with Sales team to move the product.
Jackie Wang
Business Development Manager – Ground Rod Division Jackie joined Petron in 2004 and has developed extensive electrical ground rod experience. She works closely with our India and China manufacturing operations, as well as our global network of sales representatives and distribution facilities.
Gary D. Quirk
Business Development Manager- Electrical Products Division Gary has a B.A. Degree from Mercy College in New York . Prior to joining Petron, he was National Sales and Marketing Manager of Allied Moulded Products directing two regional managers and 36 independent manufacturer's representatives covering domestic and global sales. His responsibilities include the sale and distribution of electrical wire, strut and conduit.
Joe Hajba
Business Development Manager As Business Development Manager - Steel and Wire Products Division, Joe
manages a dedicated team responsible for the sourcing and distribution
of Steel and Wire products, including Steel T-Post, Staples, Fencing,
Landscaping Products, Farm & Ranch Products, Wire Mesh, Roofing Felt,
Nails, and Wire (Galvanized, High Tensile, PVC Coated, Black Annealed,
Bright Basic, Processed Rods, ChQ, and Low to High Carbon.) Prior to
joining Petron, Joe was Purchasing Administrator for Allied Building
Products Corporation, a distributor of building materials with 160
locations throughout the U.S.
Wang BaiChun
COO– Petron Pacific Qindao
Wang has a college degree and joined Petron in March 2004 to manage our manufacturing and distribution operations in China. He leads a team of 15 sales and office personnel. With over 10 years of manufacturing and marketing experience, he has been extremely effective in manufacturing and sourcing high quality products at competitive prices for global exporting from China.
Nitin Bhende
General Manager – Mumbai Nitin joined the Petron business development team after a successful career with a large wire and steel fabrication mill in Dubai , India . He has extensive experience in manufacturing, distribution, marketing and sales in the Middle East , Europe and the U.S.
