Opportunity

Business Development Manager
Electrical Products Division, Chantilly, VA

Electrical Products:
Conduits, EMT Fittings, Ground Rods, Struts, and Accessories

Responsibilities
• Source/Sell cost-effective high quality electrical products
• Provide excellent Customer Service
• Develop/Retain reliable Vendor relationships
• Manage Sales Agents and Sales Representatives
• Participate in Trade Shows (NEMRA etc.)

Qualifications
• Over 7 years successful experience sourcing and selling electrical products
• Effective manager and communicator requiring minimal supervision
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Import-Export Trading experience a plus

Compensation
Our compensation package includes a competitive base plus an incentive sales commission which equitably and consistently recognizes and compensates for superior performance achieving goals.
